New team, new partners, and new goals for the future

Two realities of road life:

Transitions are hard.
We’re always in transition.

Every year we go through the difficult but exciting process of saying goodbye to old team members as they move on to their next phase and welcoming new team members to a life-changing experience. It’s an amazing opportunity to help shepherd these young adults, many in their first “real” job away from their parents. Just a few weeks ago, we began building our 2022-2023 Silver Team. We’ll be hitting the road together in just a few weeks!

**The 2022-2023 Life Action Silver Team**

On top of that, this year we are welcoming a new family on to our team. Brent and Shannon Shoalmire will be joining the Silver Team while Shane & Leigh Black join the staff at headquarters. We’re excited for what this transition brings, but please pray for us, our kids, and the Shoalmire family as we all navigate life together on the road.

Finally, we are working to raise additional funding. We are full-time domestic missionaries, and our family’s needs have changed over the last four years – a changing economy, growing educational needs, and planning for the future. Since we joined Life Action, God has never failed to provide! But our heart is to continue to serve God without distraction. A big part of that is connected to finances. God is using Life Action to strengthen families, churches, and leaders in a special way, and we know that some of you want to be a part of it! Here are three things you could do:
